Debian GNU/Linux Stretch 9.9 released, and it's fine.

Updated machines, re-tested the install guide on this site, fixed and tweaked a bit.

Maybe the next Debian installation guide be another series, perhaps using Buster.

tier1.jp will,

• keep updating those existing guides.
• update the logcheck database using both Stretch and Buster logs.
• be able to write some other topics.
